ONE-dAY foodies and nature lovers adventure

For those of you who want a slower paced adventure. It’s all about the food.

  • Escape the bustle of Madrid for this food and nature “taster” one day adventure. The highest rated day trip in Spain for good reason with every one of our 500 plus guests leaving a 5 star review.

    Visit us in our idyllic village and sample locally-sourced produce and food products in a spectacular setting: a home built into the walls of a Moorish castle.

    Tour escape tunnels under the castle and taste cheeses, baked goods, local honey, organic meats, wines, and more goodies. Then, explore the local olive groves, village, and the local countryside. 

    A small-group full-day “food and nature” tour in La Mancha. Sample  local specialties in a home built into a Moorish castle. Explore olive groves, the River Tagus, and the local countryside. Hassle-free round-trip transportation from Madrid with absolutely everything included. 

  • 10:00: Pick up by Retiro Park in an SUV. Stop on the way to visit an artisan bakery olive oil press.

    11:30: Arrive at the ancient Visigoth city of Recopolis. Gentle guided history walk through the olive groves to the village by a local resident.

    13:00: Full lunch and wine tasting 

    15:00: Visit the escape tunnels and the village 

    17:00: Arrive back to Madrid
