Three hosts. One extraordinary village. One weekend designed around you.
Escape Madrid for three days of great food, local wine, yoga, nature, history and genuine Spanish hospitality in one of rural Spain’s best-kept secrets. Everything is included. Everything is optional.
Not your typical yoga retreat
This is not about following a strict timetable from sunrise to sunset, and it is not a conventional sightseeing tour. It brings together yoga and wellbeing, beautiful countryside, local food, Spanish wine, history and the freedom to slow down.
You might begin the morning with yoga, explore the countryside, cook and eat fantastic Spanish food, discover the village or finish the day with a sound bath. Or you might skip an activity and relax. That is the point: this is your weekend.

Your weekend, your way
- Yoga and wellbeing: beginner-friendly yoga, meditation, sound baths and time to unwind.
- Food and wine: locally sourced meals, Spanish cooking, regional wine, cheese and olive oil.
- Nature and adventure: countryside trails, the river and seasonal outdoor activities.
- History and local culture: the medieval castle, nearby Recópolis and the stories of Castilla-La Mancha.
Our village: Zorita de los Canes
With around 70 residents, Zorita de los Canes is a tiny medieval village beside the River Tagus, surrounded by countryside and olive groves and overlooked by a dramatic castle. Just over an hour from Madrid, it offers a slower, more personal side of Spain. This is a real village, not a purpose-built retreat resort.
